Student beat him, then others kicked him. Later, 8-year-old kills himself

CINCINNATI — A security camera video taken inside a Cincinnati elementary school reveals that a student assaulted an 8-year-old boy in a restroom and other children kicked and struck the boy for five minutes while he lay unconscious.

In a report gotten by The Cincinnati Enquirer, a Cincinnati Police kill investigator portrays the Jan. 24 Carson Elementary School video's substance: "I saw lead that in my conviction is hassling and could even climb to the level of criminal trap," despite the young circumstances of the offenders.

School specialists did not instruct the child's mother concerning the strike or that he had lost mindfulness, recently that the child had swooned, the mother's legitimate advisor says. Neither Cincinnati Public Schools specialists nor Carson Elementary experts are commenting on the video or the trap.
