Another federal appeals court rules against Trump’s travel ban - viraltrump

SEATTLE — Another government bids court has maintained a choice blocking President Donald Trump's amended travel boycott.


The decision Monday from a consistent three-judge board of the ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals arrangements the organization another legitimate thrashing as the Supreme Court considers a different case on the issue.

The judges say the president abused U.S. migration law by oppressing individuals in light of their nationality and that Trump neglected to demonstrate their entrance into the nation would hurt American interests.




They didn't run on whether the travel boycott disregarded the Constitution's restriction on the administration authoritatively supporting or disfavoring any religion.

The fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Virginia likewise governed against the travel boycott May 25. The organization has offered that decision to the Supreme Court
