Authorities are looking for fishermen who appeared in a viral video of a shark being dragged behind a boat at high speeds.The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission has launched an investigation after at least three men can be seen in the video, talking about how the shark is going to die as it helplessly flops around in the water behind their boat.
