Shoking videos 2017 : A MOTHER whose daughter was filmed being punched has called for harsher penalties for people who post videos of school fights on social media. Selina, whose 13-year-old daughter Lara was in a fight with another student as she left Darling Range Sports College on Thursday, spoke out after a video of the fight created a Facebook storm. In the video, a group of teenagers surrounds another student as she pushes Lara to the ground. Lara attempts to fight back, but falls to the pavement and is hit repeatedly. Rosie, whose 13-year-old daughter Elli was with Lara as the fight started, questioned why the person who uploaded the video had not been punished. “What are the authorities going to do about videos about kids being physically harmed and put out on social media,” Rosie said.
