Man spends £250,000 turning his terraced house into a man-cave

A divorcee who has spent 20 years renovating a classic Victorian terraced house into a modernised man-cave has put his house on the market - but he won't come close to recouping the £250,000 he has spent on it. Stephen Jennings has installed zebra print galore, plaster cherubs, ornate chandeliers and seven TVs into his property in Newton Heath, Manchester.
