A new headset that signals the brain to suppress the appetite could be the answer to the obesity epidemic, according to its manufacturers. The cutting-edge device, called Modius, promises to speed up metabolism and burn up to 16 per cent of a wearer's body fat - without changes in either diet or exercise. It does this by stimulating the area of the brain - non-invasively - that controls fat storage. As a result the users loses weight and increases lean muscle - with the biggest effect on the trunk, it is claimed. The headset, launched today on pre-order and available from the autumn for £190, has been developed by British neuroscientists based at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).Its co-inventor Dr Jason McKeown says it reduced his body fat by 44 per cent - although the average is said to be 8 to 10 per cent from initial studies, when worn as advised for 45 mins a day for four months Subscribe ↪💐http://ift.tt/2hDqBVB 🌟Cute baby oblivious to huge lion trying to get through zoo glass↪http://goo.gl/a4XwKr 🌟Shocking video captures man’s murder outside of bodega↪http://goo.gl/iz8Kr2 🌟Shocking moment man punches woman in the face in road rage attack↪http://goo.gl/cgAWmc 🌠Read more: http://ift.tt/T3uzlf..
